At 8:20 p.m. the night prior to our weekly pick up, I emailed VVW to alert them we’d add extra items along with our trash can, inquiring if it was possible for VVW to dispose of them. Within 5 minutes, VVW’s Susanne, responded politely, ensuring me that she’d alert the VVW guys to pick up our extra items.
