At 8:20 p.m. the night prior to our weekly pick up, I emailed VVW to alert them we’d add extra items along with our trash can, inquiring if it was possible for VVW to dispose of them. Within 5 minutes, VVW’s Susanne, responded politely, ensuring me that she’d alert the VVW guys to pick up our extra items. I am stunned that so late at night and so quickly, VVW responded to my inquiry. I am delighted with such exceptional service. WOW! VVW consistent service that exceeds expectations. I LOVE Vail Valley Waste! They have the best customer service. Their drivers are so kind and courteous, bringing our bins back up to the house so they don’t blow all over our neighborhood and sometimes when this Mom forgets to move the bin to the curb they come up and grab it anyway!
